United Electric Controls
The United Electric Controls (UE) Company was founded in 1931. The Company headquarters is situated in Watertown, MA, the USA.
UE is a leader in pressure and temperature relay manufacturing. The output is intended primarily for equipment, production and personnel protection in different branches of industry and, mainly, accomplishes alarm and shutdown functions. The Company output is used in different branches of industry.
Pressure, differential pressure and temperature relays, as well as the UE Company sensors were designed for heavy-load industrial conditions. In mechanical signalling devices such sensitive elements (which identify process variables changes) as bellows, diaphragms or pistons are used. Implementation variants – from cheap models without casings to models with aluminum or stainless steel cast casings. The majority of equipment has got UL, CSA, FM, CENELEC, CE certificates.
Different sensitive elements including thermocouples, thermal resistance, thermistors and heat sensitive integral circuits are used in temperature sensors. Wide range of standard products is available, and also customer-made products intended to solve specific tasks are produced.
